Senior Belt Training

Thanks to all who turned up to the SBT3 on Sunday.  This was a fantastic turnout.  There are a few changes to the way that we teach and examine black belt self defence routines and the coloured belt breaking techniques.  Take a look at the NWTKD website over the next few days for information about these.  We will put some photos of the event into the gallery very soon.  It was also nice to have the Dartford students visit Preston.  We hope to see you again in the near future.
